Day 1 - Thursday
SESSION 1: INDEPENDENCE
What is the real cost of not listening to your intuition?
As empaths it can be really easy to listen to others, the key is tuning into what’s in our highest good.
Taking helpful advice that isn't aligned for us, is causing us to doubt our intuition. We don’t listen to our own inner wisdom and discern what is right for us.
For example I've been advised many times to start a podcast or deliver webinars. I've given them both a go, which led me to know for certain. that they are not great strategies for me. It's generally good advice but bad advice for me.
We will brainstorm where you are listening to advice that isn’t congruent for you.
Day 2 - Friday
SESSION 2: INFLUENCE
Why outsourcing is keeping you invisible?
Not fully showing up as ourselves, costs us credibility, and letting our team or freelancers create content for us ie. ‘speak on our behalf’ affects our personal brand, which is fundamental to setting the scene as service based businesses.
Being seen is a fundamental human fear, but translates differently in our business lives for each of us.
We will discover the reasons you are not putting yourself ‘out there’ and identify the subconscious beliefs that are the cause of your fear of being seen.
SESSION 3: INCOME
We all want to be financially successful and have the ability to manifest the money we desire.
However, we often put restrictions on ourselves that prevent us from achieving this goal.
When we realign our soul to match the vibration of money, we open the doors to manifestation.
By aligning all of our life goals with our frequency, we invite money to flow back into our lives.
When we vibrate at the same frequency as money, we are able to attract it and manifest our desires.
You will be aware of the unconscious programming influencing your power.
You will be able to leverage life with your Internal Guidance System.
You will be able to deflect and respond to chaos with grace.
We often internally block our flow to income and wealth, there are so many layers, but don’t worry we will circle back to this multiple times in our time together.
Day 3 - Saturday
SESSION 4: UNCONSCIOUS ANCHORS
With a clean slate, what are your goals and vision for the coming 1, 3 and 5 years?
What are some stepping stones to achieving those and what is still affecting your thinking that you can accomplish them?
More importantly, what is anchoring you into your current reality?
I will share the 3 anchors that keep you in mediocrity and how to strategically embody your spirituality.
We conclude with a planning session to create a vision board, a to-do list or whatever most works for YOU! (Personally I like a road map that provides flow).
SESSION 5: UNWAVERED CONFIDENCE
Often self belief causes us to falter, procrastinate or be side tracked.
We will do an activity to help identify your superpower and find your personal iconic symbol to help keep you focused when you waver.
We will retrain your gremlin mind for success
You will protect yourself from dark empathic energy vampires
You will amplify your intuitive thinking and wisdom in business.
You will enhance your ability to connect with intuitive knowing to guide you to your highest good.
As well as learn how to let go of the things holding you back from being your most Unwavered self.
Day 4 - Sunday
SESSION 6: EMPOWERED SURRENDER
What do you need to give up?
What identity are you holding onto?
Being aware of how to protect against judgments, challenges and pressures is a skill many emerging Empath-Preneurs seek.
How can you hold onto your own integrity and beliefs when those around are projecting or even threatening their views, opinions and limitations upon you?
We will dissect how to embody the state of grace and uplevel beyond physicality into the frequency of fearlessness.
You will stop playing small.
You will activate your internal power.
You will stand in your grace and sovereignty.
